Two initiatives include restrictions on the access of "collaborators" to public office and criminal liability. The law will be applied to persons who cooperate with Russia, the DPR/LPR, the Crimean authorities, as well as publicly deny armed aggression against Ukraine and do not recognize the sovereignty of Kiev over the “temporarily occupied territories”.
Ukrainian citizens face imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years for speaking on the air of Russian TV, meeting or joint events with the Russian authorities. The initiative also proposes to eliminate parties, public, charitable and religious organizations for cooperation with the”aggressor state".
