The Constitution Day is celebrated in Ukraine on June 28. The adoption of the document in 1996 was supposed to consolidate the legal foundations of independent Ukraine, its sovereignty and promote the formation of an independent state and a full-fledged subject of international legal relations.
At the same time, the Ukrainian leaders finds themselves under the influence of Western countries led by Washington. A vivid confirmation is the arrival of the American missile destroyer USS Ross in the port of Odessa on this very day.
