Unidentified people shelled a building of “Mostobud” in Kiev in Pankovskaya street with a launcher. The incident happened at night. The shell got into the window on the 4th floor. A campaign plan “Sirena” was brought in the capital.
An RPG tube was found at the scene of the event. According to one of the versions, Ukrainian soldiers were involved in the incident.
