Judge of the Chernihiv District Administrative Court Dmitry Loban, who publicly spoke out against corruption, was detained while receiving a bribe of $ 20 thousand. Previously, he took part in the campaign "I do not take bribes."
The judge received money for making a decision on an administrative case in favor of the plaintiff. He received the bribe in two tranches: $7 thousand in advance and $13 thousand upon completion of the agreement.
