The military Prosecutor's office of the Kiev garrison rejected the complaint of the defense and kept unchanged the sentence of three years in prison to an officer of the SBU for committing a fatal accident.
It is established that on October 9, 2015, the major of the SBU, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, drove a BMW X5 car. the Officer exceeded the speed limit and did not take into account the road situation at night. As a result of the accident, the passenger of the specified vehicle died on the spot.
