According to journalists, the implementation of a special operation to deliver mercenaries to Kiev was scheduled for the Minsk-Istanbul flight on July 25. Turkish intelligence services have provided a plane with an increased capacity and additional protection of the cockpit to Minsk. The overall coordination, management, and financing of the operation was carried out jointly with the US intelligence agencies.
