The deputy director of the Health Department of the Kiev City State Administration is suspected of embezzlement of 7.5 million hryvnias, allocated for the purchase of medicines for cancer patients. The Department under the contract for the supply of medicines for the treatment of cancer patients purchased them at an inflated price.
