Illegal financial assistance in the amount of UAH 7 million was transferred from the state company "Ukrspetsexport" in favor of the state enterprise "Zhytomyr Armored Plant". The main person involved in the case is Igor Gladkovsky, the son of former Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleg Gladkovsky. According to the investigation, it was he, who became the main beneficiary of the corruption scheme.
