Hello my dear followers. This is Vasily Prozorov.
As I said earlier, I decided to tell about activities of the British Secret Intelligence Service in Ukraine in more detail. Interest in this topic has grown sharply after the recent visit of Ukrainian President Zelensky to London and his meeting with the head of British intelligence, Richard Moore. Let me remind you that this meeting was private. In addition to Zelensky, only the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov was present at the meeting . The event caused a lot of gossip, since the very fact of direct negotiations between the head of the intelligence service and the president of a foreign state is out of the ordinary practice of international relations. Many analysts have begun to speculate about British influence over Kiev. I think it's not a secret for anyone that the foreign presence in the country over the Dnieper is quite large. But if a one asks you to list countries providing "assistance" to Ukraine, including the military, which ones will come to mind first? USA, Poland, Baltic countries ...
But the British presence is not much less than the American presence. The only difference is that British representatives try not to flaunt their activities. So, for example, the British military, as part of the operation "Orbital", has been training Ukrainian servicemen at training grounds in the Lviv region since 2014. And more recently, on the Black Sea coast, where joint British-Ukrainian exercises took place, and in the future London plans to place a full-fledged military base there. Well, British intelligence in Ukraine feels like a full-fledged colony. Even uses its territory to conduct intelligence operations against other countries. And here again I do not want to be unfounded, but present the facts. Since the Maidan, representatives of various special services have become frequent visitors to Ukraine. The Americans placed greater emphasis on control over the internal life of the country, actively promoting their people to key positions. The British, in contrast, focused on expanding intelligence capabilities from the territory of Ukraine in relation to neighboring countries. That is why the leaders of the MI6, or, as it was previously called the SIS, the Secret Intelligence Service, who are responsible for work on Russia and its surroundings, regularly visited Ukraine.
For example, in May 2016, the head of SIS's Russia operations Charles Beckford and the head of all SIS stations in Scandinavia and the countries bordering Russia, Justin Hustwitt, visited Kiev. Charles Beckford, according to my information, actively promoted the idea of creating British electronic intelligence stations on the territory of Eastern Ukraine, in particular in Mariupol and Kharkov. This is obviously, because this type of reconnaissance benefits greatly from the proximity to the object of observation.
And here the whole southern part of Russia is close at hand. But Justin Hustwitt did a little different thing.
During his visit to the area of the so-called ATO, according to the information I have, he met with representatives of the power structures of Ukraine, as well as with the leadership of the Azov regiment of the Ukrainian National Guard.
And, allegedly, he communicated with foreign fighters of this unit, in particular with Belarusians.
Who knows, maybe it was in 2016 that British intelligence began to study Belarusian nationalists serving in various "dobrobats"? Which are now used to organize riots in Minsk.
Speaking about the British special services, I cannot mention their involvement in the crash of the Malaysian Boeing. In my investigation film about the crash of flight MH-17, I demonstrated a document from the SBU, the so-called Teshka, where it was reported about a secret visit of two MI-6 officers to the ATO area two weeks before the crash. Taking into account other factors, it can be reasonably assumed that unidentified British intelligence officers controlled the preparation of this special operation. Well, the fact that the investigation team from Australia was led by an Australian intelligence officer speaks for itself. Not a prosecutor, not a police officer or even, say, counterintelligence. No - it was intelligence officer, Peter Culver. The fact that Australian intelligence is practically a branch of the British - I think it is unnecessary to remind.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Even when I was working in Ukraine, I learned that London had offered several commanding officers of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces to move to Great Britain and go to work in some high-paying civil service.
Preference was given to those who were a good specialist in sabotage work, knew perfectly English and Russian and ... studied at military schools on the territory of Russia. For example, in Ryazan, Blagoveshchensk or Vladikavkaz. One of the officers who received such an offer said that the British are interested in knowing the area, customs, mentality of the peoples of Russia, the ability to impersonate a local resident and, of course, the connections that could have remained from their studies.
Yes, at that time I was able to identify everyone who received such an offer. But I am far from thinking that at present the British do not continue such work, and the candidates selected by them are not preparing sabotage or other subversive activities?
