The major of SBU can avoid punishment after murder

According to the defense, in early March 2017, SBU major Vadim Fedorchuk killed and robbed Vladimir Eremin, a local resident of Avdiivka. On March 15, 2017, a law enforcement officer was charged with murder with extreme cruelty and abuse of office. Then the former Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Yarosh and the acting head of the joint staff OF the Central security service of Ukraine, major General Alexander Kuts, vouched for the officer. So Fedorchuk was in jail for less than a month and released on bail.
To date, the trial continues. However, relatives of the victim claim that the prosecution makes unacceptable mistakes. In addition, according to the lawyer of the victim, the SBU leadership exerts pressure on judges and witnesses.
