Commissioner for the Protection of the State Language Taras Kremin has received 605 complaints about the refusal to provide services in Ukrainian. Most of the appeals continue to come from Kiev and the Kiev region – 276. In the eastern, southern and western regions of Ukraine – a small number of possible violations (for example, Lugansk region – 7, Mykolaev-6, Donetsk-4, Ternopol-4). The vast majority of complaints relate to the lack of a Ukrainian version of online store sites.
